Off Market Deal
Real Estate is all about networking and at Jacobs & Lowe - Bennetts, every year an increasing number of sales finalized by our company are not achieved in the usual Auction or Private Sale Process.
Instead, these transactions have occurred in an ‘Off Market Deal’ where the property is not advertised and marketed in the usual manner.
